Full Moon Farm – HT Volunteer Assignments – November, 2011

  • This is not necessarily in Alphabetical Order – please look for your name.  If you can’t find it, please call me. Thanks
  • Due to the number of entries and the way the ride times worked out, not everyone was assigned a job.   If you didn’t get a job, we’d love to have your help with clean up.    
  • For those of you on Clean up – it means I couldn’t find something prior to your ride time, or your ride time was one of those “difficult-to-plan-around” times.  DO NOT PANIC – check with me and I might have a job for you – if I don’t, please support your teammates who are riding.  AND because we are ONE TEAM, all will be expected to participate on the clean-up crew. 
  • For those of you Jump Judging – the TD briefing is at 8:30am – please be there to get your instructions from Mike.
  • Thanks to all for helping – we couldn’t do it without you.  Volunteer Hours will be credited to your monthly bill – thanks Ms. Kim – if you need yours sooner please let me know.
