Release: I (we) understand that horseback riding is a dangerous sport and serious injury or disability may result from accident while riding or handling horses. The above entries are being ridden at my (our) own risk. I (we) understand that FULL MOON FARM, its employees and volunteers are not responsible for accidents, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators or any persons or property whatsoever. ASTM or SEI approved helmets with attached fastened harness are required for all riders at all times while mounted.

Vaccination records may be faxed in after registration confirmation has been received.

Rhino proof is a copy of an invoice from your vet with the vaccine information and your horse's name or a copy of the vaccine invoice with your horse's name and date of vaccination signed by the person who administered the vaccine.
